While I always had a love for food, I never had the intention or idea to make it a career. It was always just something "to do" and share with my family.  Sometimes you have your whole life planned out: great career, family life, house with the white picket fence, the whole shebang. All you have to do is follow the path and check off the boxes. Every now and then, you find out that your plan isn't God's plan and you end up on a completely different road...A road that you would have never chose for yourself. Thats my story. It all started with a strawberry, a birthday, and a friend that wouldn't take "no" for an answer.
